Scoop tool is for Windows, like brew/homebrew for MacOS.
Finds and installs the given softwares/SDKs/Libraries from command line.

     1. Run Power shell as Admin
     Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Scope CurrentUser
     Invoke-RestMethod -Uri https://get.scoop.sh | Invoke-Expression
    
     2. Scoop maintains the local repositories in the form of buckets.
     a. To add new bucket
     cmd> scoop bucket add <bucket-name>
    
     3. To install new software, first we need to check for the bucket existance.
     cmd> scoop install <bucket-name>/<app-name>
    
     4. To see all the softwares installed via scoop.
     cmd> scoop list
    
     5. Some important scoop commands
     a. To see all the buckets created - scoop bucket list
     b. To create a new buckets created - scoop bucket add <bucket-name>
         bucket names can be found in Buckets
     c. To remove the bucket - scoop bucket rm <bucket-name>
     d. To get the info of the app - scoop info <app-name>
     e. To get all the installed apps - scoop list
     f. To get the app path - scoop which <app-name>
     g. To update app or scoop - scoop update or scoop update <app-name>
     h. To install an app - scoop install <app-name>
         Apps can be found here.
     i. To uninstall an app - scoop uninstall <app-name>
